Potato Salad
Mix 1-2 Tablespoons of one of the following mixes to your favorite potato salad recipe:

Superb Spaghetti Sauce
Blend 2-3 teaspoons of one of the following mixes to one 16 oz. jar of spaghetti sauce (or your own home made!):

Savory Baked Chicken
Sprinkle one of the following mixes on your chicken (whole or pieces) before baking for a delicious, salt-free, spice sensation!

Fantastic Fish
Blend 1 teaspoon of Dill to Die For into one stick of softened butter. Spread on Haddock, Cod or Salmon before and after baking or broiling.

For a Cajun treat, rub Hotter than Holy Moley  on Catfish, Swordfish, Haddock or Codfish before broiling
or grilling.

Bagel Spreads
Blend two tablespoons of one of the following mixes to 16 oz. of softened or whipped cream cheese:

Salsa Cheese Spread

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • ½ Tbsp. Salsa Herb Dip Mix

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp. cumin powder

  • 1 cup finely grated sharp cheddar cheese

Blend all ingredients well. Refrigerate 2-4 hours before serving. May be served with crackers. To make a log, shape cold spread on plastic wrap and roll in chopped nuts.

Great ideas: Spread salsa cheese on slices of deli ham and roll up. Slice into 1-in. pieces for a delicious appetizer. Try salsa cheese spread as a great accompaniment to roast beef or ham slices.

Eggs, Eggs, Eggs
Mix 2 TBSP of sour cream and 1 tsp. Radically Romano Cheese Dip Mix to every 3-4 eggs. Fold into omelet eggs, quiche eggs or scrambled eggs.

Oven-Roasted Potatoes

Coat sliced potatoes in oil. Spread on cookie sheets. Sprinkle seasoned mix evenly over potatoes. Broil until light brown on both sides.

Baked Potato Topper
Mix 2 TBSP of one of the following mixes to 1 cup of sour cream and dollop on hot baked potatoes.

Maryann's Just Marvy Mac and Cheese

  • 16 oz. pkg. of Macaroni Shells

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • ½ cup  shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • ½ sm. red or green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 TBSP Radically Romano Cheese mix

Boil macaroni shells until done and drain. Mix the remaining ingredients with the macaroni and pour into a 2 qt. baking dish. Top with ½ cup cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Not so Chilly Chili

  • 1 can Cannellini White Kidney Beans

  • 1 can Red Kidney Beans

  • 1 small can tomato sauce

  • 1 small can tomato paste

  • 1 1lb. can whole tomatoes

  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey

  • 1 green pepper, chopped

  • 1 red pepper, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 TBSP sugar

  • 2 TBSP Mexican Fiesta

  • 1 TBSP Hotter than Holy Moley

Brown ground beef or turkey in a large skillet. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 hour. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top of
each serving.
